Boro Admin Joe Brigandi

Congratulations Joe Brigandi on purchasing his first “College Rental”.  In a recent Council meeting Joe stated he was “Trying to Control Rentals” by purchasing his neighbors home on Silver Avenue for $122,000.

Boro Administrator Joe Brigandi who ironically heads the Glassboro “Good Neighbors” meetings concerning rentals, has purchased his own college rental.

Here’s a  copy of the deed showing Joe’s home address as the purchaser.

Is Borough Administrator Joe Brigandi Personally Benefitting?

brigandi2

While Borough Administrator Joe Brigandi is collecting a salary of over $139,000 a year we noticed that those who donated to the Glassboro Democrats and those receiving Millions of dollars of work for contracts are doing personal work on Mr. Brigandi’s Silver Avenue property.

Some of the work include $12,000 worth of solar panels installed by Alternative Electric (Same Address in Monroeveille as HHM contracting). A $50,000+ addition including a sun room, fireplace and hot tub by HHM contracting (awarded over $5 million in work from the Boro) was also added to Mr. Brigandi’s home as well as Electric done by R.J. Reilly Electric, who also donated a hefty amount.

While Mr. Brigandi relaxes in his beautiful hot tub enjoying new solar energy we wonder if any of this work was discounted . We also wonder if the tax-payers could have received better pricing for work done?

What we find very interesting as well is the Brigandi Group, LLC which does “consulting” work. How can Mr. Brigandi have so much time to also own a consulting Group? check out company formation docs here
